We want you to love your Shyanne’s Couture purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be returned in its original condition
• Have all original tags and packaging attached
• Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery
• Include valid proof of purchase, such as the original order number, receipt, or confirmation email

 

The following items are non-returnable:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel, bodysuits, and swimwear without the original hygiene liner
• Earrings and other items designated as non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Personalized or custom-made items

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
